This is the second level of the backworlds.
Description:
This level consists of a snowy city, and somehow, this snow never melts. The houses are German-style, made of wood with some snow paintings. The tables usually have a plant, the chairs are decorated with white and gray wool, and the foods and drinks in the kitchens are safe to consume. The streets of the level are made of light gray concrete, and some entities are on these streets, so it's not recommended to walk on them.

The houses can be seen flying, half of them on the ground or even upside down. Normally, these anomalous houses are not made of wood; they can be made of stone, sandstone1, metal, etc.
If you walk too much in this level, you'll find the center of the level, which is a kind of park, with benches with frozen bottles of Sweet Water and sometimes, Watermelon Candies. However, there are many entities here, so it's not advisable to come here. Strangely, there are dead trees full of snow flying here.

This level has several entities such as Floating Undeads, Snowy Men, Lightmen, Volcas, sadcas, and although not being an entity, the Wenoyt2.
Colonies and Communities:
B.S.G - "Snowy Park"
- This colony is very close to the park.
- It exists to protect or keep new wanderers away from the park.
- It has approximately 15 wanderers.
- It is the second most important colony in this level.
- The name of this colony is like this because here there is only snow… Snow… And more snow…
- They live in sandstone houses.
- Approximately 120 members, being the second main colony.
- They are open to trade, but strangely refuse anything related to Level 1 or 3.
Snowy - "Snowy Men"
- Few information
- We only know that the Snowy Men somehow controlled them.
Discovery:
It's not known who or when this level was discovered, we know that… We don't know anything, nothing at all.
Entrances:
- Playing with a snow toy in Level 1 will bring you here.
- If you stay for too long in Level 9, a distant house from the beginning of the level will appear strangely filled with snow. If you enter it, you will come here.
- Entering a door that says "I love snow" in Level 3 will bring you here.
Exits:
- If you stay in the park for 10 hours, the sky will start to get very dark, and a classic Japanese house will appear. Entering this house will take you to Level 3.
- Entering a white concrete house will take you to Level 29.
- Going to a part without snow will take you to Level 4.
- Entering a forest will take you to Level 2.9.
