A lake of Liquid Pain in an undocumented level.
Liquid Pain is a highly toxic, corrosive and acidic substance found in the Backworlds levels, it can be confused with Fresh Water as it can be packaged in bottles, cans and vending machines. vending machine with almost the same design as Sweet Water, but it can also be seen in puddles, glasses, in the balloons of Volcas only that. :)
Symptoms and effects:
After ingesting Liquid Pain, 7 symptoms and effects will occur, one after the other.
1: Mild fever or slight swelling in the left leg.
2: "Stab" of strong and unique pain in the stomach, compared to that of a gunshot.
3: Mild headache that lasts approximately 10 hours, which is extremely irritating.
4: Small amount of pus leaking from legs and head.
5: Small skull fractures, which appear seemingly out of nowhere, but the victim will not feel anything.
6: Internal bleeding from leg muscles that begin to break down and open.
7: Explosion of the stomach, eyes, internal organs, this is not fatal, even if the victims wish it were.
After the conclusion of the seventh symptom, the victim will become limp, unable to move their limbs, although they are very alive and conscious. All other pain will cease and the limb bones will detach, preventing the victim from using their limbs again and causing death.
There is a small chance that Sweet Water can cure these diseases, but most of the time it won't work.
Locations:
The locations of this object are quite diverse, but some that have been documented are: In boxes in the dark pink concrete corridors of Level 1, oozing from stalagmites in the claustrophobic corridors of Level 8, mixed with water at Level 7.3(even if it is mixed it still has its effects), bottles at Level 14 and pots at J. Barry Mental Asylum at [[11] ]

- Try drinking Sweet Water to cure the effects.
